I've recently upgraded from a really old version of the software e:cue to the most recent one, and my dongle stopped working.
I did some research on the internet and found out about the Admin Control Center and had a look around there.
My dongle is not present in the "Sentinel Keys" menu.
The red LED is lit, but the "SafeNet Inc. Sentinel HL Key" device has an exclamation mark in Device Manager and its status is "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)".
I tried the steps outlined in this document http://sentineldiscussion.safenet-inc.com/viewFile.do?fileId=43161000000039033&forumGroupId=43161000000003001 but nothing worked.
I also tried applying the .v2c file manualy, and I get this error:
Attach/Update failed.
Error Description HASP_HASP_NOT_FOUND
Sentinel protection key not available
Error Code
How can I fix this and use my software again? :(
